I use an interactive, kid-friendly telehealth platform along with games, creative activities, art-based interventions, and conversation to help make virtual therapy engaging and developmentally appropriate.
Adult Therapy
Therapy for adults navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, relationships, and life transitions.
My approach is conversational and solution-focused, emphasizing self-understanding and strategies that work in everyday life.

Sometimes you aren't looking for traditional psychotherapy—you need practical support figuring out what comes next.
I offer ADHD-focused coaching for adults as well as consultation and support for parents navigating behavior, emotional regulation, school concerns, accommodations, and neurodivergence.
A Different Kind of Telehealth
Virtual therapy can still be personal, creative, interactive, and connected.
For children, that might mean playing an interactive game, drawing together, bringing favorite toys into session, or using art supplies they already have at home.
For an adult, it might mean talking through why traditional organization systems never seem to stick, breaking an overwhelming problem into manageable pieces, or figuring out how to navigate a major transition without feeling like everything needs to change at once.
