Practical Support for Real Life
Not every challenge requires traditional psychotherapy.
Sometimes you're looking for someone to help you identify what's getting in the way, organize the problem, create realistic strategies, and provide accountability as you work toward change.
ADHD COACHING & PARENT SUPPORT
Parent Support & Consultation
You don't necessarily need your child sitting beside you to benefit from professional support.
I offer parent consultation for caregivers who want help understanding and responding to concerns involving:
ADHD and neurodivergence • emotional regulation • routines • behavior • communication • executive functioning • school concerns • transitions • accommodations • 504 Plans and IEPs
Sometimes changing how the adults understand and respond to a situation can make a meaningful difference for the entire family.
ADHD & Life-Transition Coaching for Adults
Coaching may focus on:
Executive functioning • organization • routines • procrastination • task initiation • time management • accountability • decision-making • transitions • goal setting • overwhelm • identifying ADHD-friendly systems
This can also be particularly helpful during periods of change.
Starting a new career. Moving. Going back to school. Ending or beginning a relationship. Changing routines. Trying to create structure when life suddenly looks different.
Rather than trying to make you function exactly like everyone else, we'll look at what works for you.
Coaching vs. Therapy
Coaching is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment when therapy is clinically indicated.
Coaching focuses primarily on present-day goals, skills, strategies, accountability, and forward movement. We'll discuss which service is most appropriate based on what you're looking for.
