ADULT THERAPY

Therapy for ADHD, Neurodivergence & Life That Feels Like a Lot

You can understand why you do something and still have absolutely no idea how to change it.

That's where I'm most solution-focused.

I work with adults navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, executive functioning difficulties, overwhelm, burnout, relationships, communication, and major life transitions.

You may be looking for support because you're struggling—or you may be functioning pretty well on the outside while constantly feeling like you're working twice as hard to keep everything together.

You Might Find Yourself…

  • Starting ten things and finishing none.

  • Knowing exactly what you need to do but being unable to start.

  • Creating organization systems that work beautifully for three days.

  • Feeling overwhelmed by tasks other people seem to manage easily.

  • Overthinking decisions.

  • Struggling when plans or routines change.

  • Going through a career, relationship, family, identity, or geographic transition and wondering, “What am I actually doing next?”

  • Or realizing as an adult that ADHD or neurodivergence may explain experiences you've had for years.

My Approach

I use a strengths-based, solution-focused, neurodivergent-affirming approach.

Understanding your past and identifying patterns can be important, but therapy doesn't always have to spend an entire session analyzing why something happened.

Sometimes the question becomes:

Okay—we understand it. What would actually help now?

We'll look for realistic strategies that work with your life and your brain rather than continually trying to force yourself into systems that weren't designed for you.

Therapy with me is conversational, collaborative, practical, and individualized.
